Just beautiful picture and concept. A window within a window (your camera) within a window (your blog) within a window (my monitor) within a window (my eyes)… and on both sides of the thread some human beings 😀
Fun? Haha. One thing that always strikes me when I go from Latin America to Europe: the age shift. Here (almost) everybody is young. Anywhere. On the street. On the beach. Very few older people. In Europe it is the opposite.
Dankje wel for a nice photo. And title.
Impressive difference in attitudes, especially the arms crossed !
The scenery made me think of Martin Parr’s ‘Boredom’-series.
Je pense à un tableau d’Edward Hopper.
Mon préféré…. je rencontre ses tableauw tous les jours, en réalité….
Same here 😉

Or maybe the European young people have fun and ‘ennui’ elsewhere…?
Possibly. Though I think it has more to do with demography. In the “third world” half the population are under 20.
Un autre titre aurait pu être “Ennui” effectivement. But I do like “fun”.
(You’ve seen the flaw)
