Hibernating Belgium.
An inactive state resembling deep sleep in which certain humans living in cold climates pass the winter. In hibernation, the mental temperature is lowered and breathing and heart rates slow down. Hibernation protects the human from incivism and reduces the need for observation during the season when light is scarce.
