Life is simple. Education is complicated.
Whether the teacher recognizes himself? Many Greetings
This teacher is a humble man, trying to learn to teach better after almost 30 years of teaching and understanding the core business in teaching 🙂
P.s. it’s not about competence, ambition, energy, vision,….
I think so, but it is difficult to be a part of the school and a good teacher. I wish him all the best. Have a nice day, Manne
You may be right, Luc. What was the name of the course? 🙂
Teaching about ‘how to teach’, for a public of experienced teachers…:)
Makes sense. Teachers are sooooo important. They’re the ones who pass on knowledge and experience.
Don’t forget the ‘passion’, although this sounds very ‘old school’….
Man, passion is key. When I interviewed promising young executives to work at my market research firm, I did a fairly open, loose interview. But the key question was at the end: “Do you have a passion? Anything, from books to collecting East Africa stamps?”
You would be surprised how many failed that simple question.
Tot ziens Luc.
